​Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 - 4 business days after artwork approval for custom and personalised stickers.  All items are handled and delivered by Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed through once your order is dispatched.

 

​Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery times provided below are in addition to the processing time required to produce your stickers. 

• Standard Delivery 2 to 8 business days $6 // $10.00 (custom roll and sheet labels)
• Express Post 2 to 4 business days​ $9 // $15.00 (custom roll and sheet labels)

*Free Shipping offer goes via Standard Delivery service.

The above times exclude weekends and public holidays.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Something not quite right? We're happy to assist you with any concerns you may have with your order. Please send us a message, providing your order number and description of the issue. Photos are helpful, too!

Custom stickers: We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind after proof approval for custom stickers.

Non-custom stickers: Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of receipt. Please get in touch before posting anything back. Postage is not refundable.

Delayed delivery: We do not provide refunds for orders delayed by Australia Post, so please allow ample time when placing your order.
