Custom Orders Artwork:
Please supply artwork with at least 300dpi for best print quality. Email your artwork with your order number as the subject line to hello@studiotikamon.com
We accept the following file formats:
- AI
- PSD
- PNG
- JPEG
We'll get back to you within 2 business days with a proof showing how we intend to cut your stickers. Once you approve your proof, we'll have your stickers sent to production and they'll be ready to post within 4 business days.
Non-custom Stickers:
Stickers are made to order and are dispatched within 2 business days.
Note: Above times exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Policy:
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 - 4 business days after artwork approval for custom and personalised stickers. All items are handled and delivered by Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed through once your order is dispatched if Express Post is purchased. Standard Shipping is an untracked service which goes via Australia Post letter system.
Estimated Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery times provided below are in addition to the processing time required to produce your stickers.
- Standard Delivery 2 to 10 business days $1.50
- Express Post 2 to 4 business days $7.50
*Free Shipping offer goes via Standard Delivery and does not come with a tracking number. If tracking is required, please upgrade your shipping to Express Post.
The above times exclude weekends and public holidays.
On occasions there are unforeseen delays within the postal system which are outside of our control, so please allow ample time when placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Something not quite right? We're happy to assist you with any concerns you may have with your order. Please send us a message, providing your order number and description of the issue. Photos are helpful, too!
Custom stickers: We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind after proof approval for custom stickers.
Non-custom stickers: Returns and exchanges accept within 30 days of receipt. Please get in touch before posting anything back.
Delayed delivery: We do not provide refunds for orders delayed by Australia Post, so please allow ample time when placing your order.
